Don't worry if your new towels look thin upon arrival - they are compressed before shipping, so they may appear thinner than the pictures. Just wash them to recover their full fluffiness. Also note that the hand towels and face towels are wrapped in a bath towel, so the full product may not be visible through the packaging.

To maintain your towels, wash them after every 4-5 days at around 30°C. Lightly toss or jolt the towels just before drying to fluff the fibers on the surface. It is advisable to dry the towels in direct sunlight or on low heat in a tumble dryer.

Fiber shedding is a natural process and cannot be prevented completely. To minimize it, do not overload the washing machine. A half-filled washing machine can reduce fabric friction and result in lower shedding. Avoid using fabric softener as it coats the fibers and reduces the absorbency of your towels. Always use a light detergent when washing.
